We accept items purchased at full price to be returned for a refund.

To be eligible for refunds, items must be:

• Dropped off at your local post office within 15 days from delivery
• Unworn and undamaged in original condition – You may be charged a fee of up to CAD$10 if the item is stained or damaged .
• Purchased at full price (no promo code used)
• Not a final sale item

Please note: A CAD$7,50 flat fee for shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you can choose to get a store credit for the full value of your order (no fee deducted)
